Programs that prepare for real practice — in the most difficult conditions
Since 2018, MIPO has been conducting a series of 4-day basic courses that prepare specialists to work in the most difficult conditions.
All of our basic courses are designed for those who support people in crisis: psychologists, social workers, teachers, doctors, police officers, volunteers, chaplains, military consultants.

During this time, more than 800 chaplains have already completed the training — and almost 6 thousand psychologists, teachers, social workers, police officers, doctors, and volunteers throughout Ukraine.
These programs are designed for those who are close to people in crisis.
For those who want to understand how the psyche works in conditions of trauma, loss, and stress, and how to help professionally without burning out yourself.
Each course is 4 days of online training, where theory immediately goes into practice. You get clear algorithms, tools and understanding that changes the approach to care.
