Since 2018, IIPE has offered a series of four-day foundational courses that prepare professionals to work in the most challenging conditions.
All our basic courses are designed for those who support people in crisis: psychologists, social workers, teachers, doctors, police officers, volunteers, chaplains, military counselors.

During this time, more than 800 chaplains have already completed the training — and almost 6 thousand psychologists, teachers, social workers, police officers, doctors, and volunteers throughout Ukraine.
These programs are designed for people who support others in crisis.
For those who want to understand how the mind responds to trauma, loss, and stress, and how to help professionally without burning out.

Each course is 4 days of online training, where theory immediately turns into practice. You get clear algorithms, tools, and insights that change the way you approach care.
